CD IMPRINT DIMENSIONS

Outside Diameter = 117.45mm
Mirror Band = the space from 47mm to 37mm
Inside Ring = the space from 32.5mm to 17.475mm

CD IMPRINT NOTES

The outside diameter must be 117.45mm by 117.45mm (a true circle). Printing into the mirror band will cause color variation unless a solid background is used. The center hole must be knocked out on each film used. Do not print in this area.

LINE WIDTH AND TYPE SIZE

Minimum line width is 0.5 pt.
Minimum letter size is 4 pt. bold.
Minimum line width in knockout form is 0.75 pt.
Minimum letter size in knockout form is 6 pt. bold.

Total width, including spines = 150.5mm (5.925")

The spines width = 6.35mm (.25")

TRAY CARD NOTES

Include a bleed of 3.7mm (.125") on all four sides of the printed area. Barcodes (UPC symbols) should be black on a white background. You can reduce the barcode only if the width and height are reduced by the same amount. If Noiseland is supplying your project a barcode, it can mailed to you or E-mailed to you as a black and white "Tiff" file.
